How to make: Lamb Pan sauce

Lamb sauce the legendery dish that made gorden ramsey go off on tv, but it is a sauce that can be used to eat with lamb as well

Ingredients:

The Steps:

  1. Pour water into the pan were the lamb was cooked
  2. Put pan over medium heat and scrape of the browned bit from the bottem of the pan
  3. Add stock and salt; bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring, until liquid has reduced to 1 1/2 cups, about 10 minutes. Skim fat from surface, as needed.
  4. Strain sauce into a gravy boat, and serve hot with sliced lamb.
