How to make: Lamb Pan sauce
Lamb sauce the legendery dish that made gorden ramsey go off on tv, but it is a sauce that can be used to eat with lamb as well
Ingredients:
- 1 cup dry red wine or water
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Finally a garlic roasted leg of lamb
The Steps:
- Pour water into the pan were the lamb was cooked
- Put pan over medium heat and scrape of the browned bit from the bottem of the pan
- Add stock and salt; bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring, until liquid has reduced to 1 1/2 cups, about 10 minutes. Skim fat from surface, as needed.
- Strain sauce into a gravy boat, and serve hot with sliced lamb.
